Order dispatch time is typically 7–10 business days but may be extended during peak periods or due to freight delays.

The delivery address must have someone available to receive goods Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Redelivery fees due to absence will be on-charged.

Even with Authority to Leave (ATL), the delivery driver has sole discretion. If deemed unsafe or insecure, the order may be returned to the depot, incurring redelivery fees.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

8. Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Policy Duration

Our returns policy is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

2. Conditions of Return

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received;

• Be returned in its original packaging;

• Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase referencing your invoice number.
